Job Description
The Director, Marketing Technology and Operations is responsible for executing Cedars-Sinai marketing technology strategies and operations. Executes marketing technology roadmap, fostering innovation, managing email campaigns, analyzing marketing campaign performance, and ensuring marketing efforts are directly contributing to revenue growth. The Director, Marketing Technology and Operations drives the integration, operationalization and optimization of technology platforms to elevate marketing capabilities and customer engagement. Serves as key member of the forward-thinking marketing leadership team and instrumental in aligning the marketing technology ecosystem with industry standards, ensuring seamless integration, and leveraging technology to drive business success.
Spearheads the execution of marketing technology roadmap including implementation of new marketing technologies, managing projects with precision and agility. |
Oversees the execution of marketing technology projects, ensuring seamless development and integration of web applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and marketing automation systems. |
Collaborates cross-functionally across teams to ensure a harmonious coordination of efforts between development and production teams, technology adoption and integration across the marketing ecosystem, aligning strategies to deliver optimal user experience. |
Maintains quality control for all technology projects, conducting thorough assessment and ensuring they align with industry standards and Cedars-Sinai’s marketing technology ecosystem. |
Monitors and analyzes technology performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization. Audits and evaluates our marketing technology stack, including digital content management, automation capabilities, lead processing, measurement, and reporting. |
Manages and optimizes email marketing campaigns, focusing on performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates. |
Collaborates with the sales team to track and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and customer acquisition. |
Implements and maintains marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline operations and improve customer data management. |
Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. |
Leads and executes the vision for marketing analytics, defining the measurement framework, including key KPIs and funnel metrics that provide actionable insights to the management team. Conducts regular analysis of marketing campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform strategic decisions. |
Oversees marketing budgets, including vendor contracts and marketing technology investments. |
Stays updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology, digital marketing, and data privacy. Champions industry standards and trends in marketing technology, ensuring Cedars-Sinai remain at the forefront of technological advancements. |
