Our radiologists & imaging specialists are board certified by the American Board of Radiology in their respective subspecialties. Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with brand new imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment.

Summary of Essential Duties:

  • We are seeking an Per-Diem MR Technologist who works well in a fast-paced team environment with cases that require a high degree of critical thinking.
  • The department runs 24/7 with rotations through various shifts as needed and a focus on weekend shifts.
  • This challenging role entails a high level of technical skill with a deep understanding of MR physics and protocol optimization.

 


Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited MRI Tech program required

Licenses/Certifications:

  • ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
  • CRT and Venipuncture certifications required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy (required)
  • Proficiency in most major MRI equipment manufacturer’s hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Picker) (preferred).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience required
