What will I be doing in this role?

  • Asses plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates through communication and available resources to promote quality effective outcomes. 
  • Demonstrates experience in management thinking and data management. Assess plans, implements coordinates, monitors and evaluates options and services to meet individual's health needs through effective communication, collaboration, coordination and interventions.

Education required:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse).

License required:

  • CA RN license

Experience & skills required:

  • Minimum five (5) years clinical RN experience in an acute care hospital required (3 years of Case Management experience preferred).
  • Recent clinical experience and certification in Case Management, Computer Skills, excellent verbal, written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of medical literature, research methodology, healthcare delivery system financial reimbursements.
