Our Quantitative Diagnostic Software Group develops software and algorithms that allow computers to analyze, process and quantify 3D and 4D images of the heart much in the same way as an experienced human operator would. These software applications improve accuracy and reproducibility of measurements, resulting in higher efficiency and better patient care. The software and algorithms are extensively validated and widely considered to represent the gold standard in nuclear cardiology.

We are currently seeking a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technical Product Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive support to external end-users of our image analysis software for nuclear cardiology, Cedars-Sinai Cardiac Suite, also known as QGS, QPS or AutoQUANT. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and collaborative group of software engineers, scientists, product specialists and physicians to deploy and support state-of the-art software that impacts patient care worldwide.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Develop and execute applications training for external end-users through classes, participation in educational programs, webinars or other means.
  • Update and maintain all training materials/programs based upon business requirements and needs assessment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including physicians and technologists.
  • Develop and maintain effective follow-up regarding end-user issues.
  • Generate sales quotes and invoices and actively pursue sales leads.
  • Facilitate and assist reseller partners with the sales process.
  • Provide post-training reports, regular feedback and recommendations from end-users to AIM developers.
  • Assist with QA, scripted and non-scripted testing.
  • Assist with generating documentations related to regulatory filings.
  • Assist with developing demo scripts, quick reference guides and other general marketing and training collaterals.
  • Conduct classroom style training sessions for OEM reseller partners using pre-tailored training agendas.
  • Assist with booth duties at 2-5 industry tradeshows.
  • Assist with keeping CRM records up to date for end user customers.
  • Some travel (10%) is expected.

Educational Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited 4-yr university is required

Licenses:

  • CNMT or ARRT (N) certification preferred

Experience: 

  • Our ideal candidate for this position will have a Clinical Imaging background (CNMT certification preferred), with technical experience related to the use of image processing software.
  • Experience working in an industry position as a applications specialist, demo specialist, product manager or similar strongly preferred.
