The Spine Center is seeking for a highly motivated Supervisor who is passionate about providing high quality patient care and services and who can motivate team members to optimize their performance while contributing to our mission.
What will you be doing in this role?
The incumbent coordinates all administrative systems for The Spine Center. Assigns and reviews the work of clerical, administrative and support staff engaged in a full range of office activities including customer/client/patient services as appointment scheduling, Human Resources, Payroll, purchasing and accounts payable. Responsible for reviewing and updating systems and processes to keep them efficient and in compliance with CSHS policies, JCAHO and other outside agency requirements.
High School Diploma or GED required
College Diploma preferred
Experience and skills we are looking for:
2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience required
4-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience highly preferred
Preferably 2 years of office work for MD and patient scheduling and managing patients
Demonstrated leadership to establish intradepartmental administrative systems and achieve orderly, accurate and timely work flow from underlying offices and units
Able to lead and motivate staff
Physical abilities essential to perform the job.
