What will you be doing in this role?
As an integral member of the support system within the leadership team, you will direct and coordinate a variety of activities for a team of 20-28 non-exempt employees engaged in providing the highest level of cleaning and sanitation to all areas throughout the medical center to include patient, non-patient, parking and grounds. You will ensure the highest level of cleanliness, quality, infection control, safety and customer service are established and maintained.
- High school diploma required.
- College degree preferred
- At Least (1) year of direct supervisory experience required.
- Organizational ability to include coordination of multiple projects within established timeframe, problem analysis and resolution, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with staff, patients and customers over the telephone or in person.
- Able to evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, develop programs and systems in a team environment to meet desired outcomes.
