What will you be doing:

The Project and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for support activities supporting existing projects and supporting the Project Managers. Duties may include project tracking related to cost, quality, and schedule. Developing and producing relevant project reports or other project management-related meeting materials as the need arises.

  • Handles medical equipment management database entry, including operational and administrative reports.
  • Develop required reports, using Excel, Access, and possibly other project tracking software.
  • Assist with the development of documents, including presentations and handouts for meetings.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with communications materials to project team, customers/stakeholders, and possibly vendors.

Experience Requirements:

  • One (1)+ years’ experience in an administrative role, in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently without oversight.
  • Solid business writing and communications skills.

 

Educational Requirements:

High School diploma.

Bachelor's degree. (preferred)
