Organizational development helps all of Cedars-Sinai improve how we do work and focuses on supporting leaders and teams in achieving their objectives. The team uses project and change management best-practices to add value to our healthcare organization. This includes major organizational change initiatives, leadership development, talent management and other Organization Development projects.
The Program Manager, Workforce Analytics manages all aspects of a mid to large scale reconignized organizational program. Provides leadership and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities. Contributes to the strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, procedures, processes and standards. May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program.
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Management, Business or related field preferred
