The Cancer Institute is seeking for a highly motivated Program Administrator to provide program/project and administrative support and contribute to our mission of providing word-class health care and the best quality service to our patients and communities.
Cedars Sinai has engaged with Anthem to join their new value-based medicine Oncology Medical Home Program. This is the first of several expected programs the Cancer Institute will take part in to manage the care and total cost of patients throughout the Health System. This program demands tracking ongoing progress of its patient population, preparation of data, developing reports for leadership, supporting and intervening with Cancer Institute care teams and liasing with Anthem and other payors.

What will you be doing in this role?
The Program Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing and administering the day-to-day operations of a recognized organizational and/or significant departmental program. The Program Administrator has authority to make independent decisions related to program administration and contributes to the strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, procedures, processes and standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposes, develops, coordinates, and organizes resources to meet program objectives and maintance.
Partners and collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders on proposed scope and/or process changes to the program.
Responsible for developing or recommending process and improvement measures, coordinating program activities and timelines, and determines if resources meet program objectives and needs.
Supports training needs and implements any applicable education, training, on-boarding and/or mentorship pertaining to the program. May include on-boarding and/or cross functional teams.
Researches, gathers, and summarizes date from various sources to evaluate program and/or departments success. Proposes and/or creates plans to achieve program objectives.
Qualifications we are looking for:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3 years of program/project support experience.
Ability to demostrate problem-solving skills and to recommend solutions.
Ability to initiate, plan, design, execute, and monitor project(s).
