Summary of Essential Job Duties: 
 
Provides administrative support to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Director, Compensation coordinating administrative activities of the department, including scheduling meetings, answering general inquiries, screening calls, and preparing documents. As needed, provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams. Assists with processing invoices, and monitors, checks, corrects and updates budget for both departments. Works with the Finance department to make any budget corrections as needed on a monthly basis.
Educational Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or GED required.  
Experience: 
  • Admin support experience preferred. 
  • Strong MS Office skills.
