To accelerate the hiring of nurses, we will pay a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Float Pool Full-Time Night RNs (new hires only) with a start date before June 25, 2021. Bonuses will be paid out in two installments: 1st $5k within 30 days of start date and 2nd $5k after completing 12 months of employment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

  • California State RN License required
  • BCLS certification required
  • ACLS & PALS certification required for RNs floated to certain designated units
  • Specialty Certification required (external candidates have one year to obtain after hired)


  • 3 years of RN acute care experience in specialty area
  • Experience in two or more nursing specialty areas (Adult Med/Surg/Tele/PCU, Adult ICU/PACU, Women’s Services, NICU & PICU, or Emergency Services)
  • Meets specialty specific clinical competencies for assigned clinical nurse level and specialties.
  • Demonstrates a dedication to perfection in customer service and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health care colleagues.
