Under the direction of the Executive Director, Academic & Executive Recruitment, the Associate Director will manage select executive searches. Searches will include administrative executive positions as well as physicians, scientists and clinical leadership including nursing. Works with Director and client leadership to identify search parameters and develops an overall strategy for each search. Prepares a networking plan and develops position postings. Coordinates posting activity (websites, organization, search engines, annual meetings, etc.) with the department recruitment specialist and works with the talent advisor to identify and deploy all viable research avenues to source qualified candidates.
Independently able to network a search, develop sources and candidates to create a qualified list of candidates. Maintains significant client and candidate contact during the course of each search and ensures appropriate and timely updates with an emphasis on customer service.
Positively contributes to the executive and faculty hiring and on-boarding experience. Enhances existing processes looks for and process improvement opportunities. Provides expertise and supports the faculty recruiting process in a knowledgeable, competent and responsive manner.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of executive search experience including coordination of faculty and/or executive level recruiting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically physician executive and academic recruitment.
