The Assoc Dir., Academic & Leadership Search will be responsible for managing and practicing full-cycle academic recruitment. This role will lead and further develop a small team focused on recruiting the most senior level assignments, which will include academic physicians and research scientists for Cedars-Sinai facilities across the organization. The Associate Director will work with client leadership to identify search parameters and develops an overall strategy for each search. Prepares networking plan and develops position postings, coordinates posting activity such as websites, organization, search engines, and annual meetings with the department recruitment specialist and works with talent advisor to identify and deploy all viable research avenues to source qualified candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field - required.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field - preferred.
7 years combined experience in the coordination of academic (faculty and research scientist) recruitment, executive leadership recruitment and/or Academic Human Resources - required
3 years experience in an academic medical center - required
2 years supervisory/management experience - preferred
